The Knights of Columbus meet the 1st and 3rd Thursday at 7:00 PM at the Parish Meeting Center. The Knights of Columbus is the world's largest Catholic lay organization. Archangel Council serves both the parish and the community. At St. Simon Stock we organize the annual Christmas Giving Tree; the Breakfast with the Bunny; the Oktoberfest; three Red Cross Blood Drives. We also contribute monthly to the St. Vincent de Paul Society food bank. We participate in the Berlin Fourth of July Parade and the Pine Hill Christmas Parade.
